  1. Can you please advise on how you got them to revise things? Did you keep the timeshare?

  3. JeffreyCDolan@gmail.com I own weeks 52 and 53 at Pueblo Bonito Rose and week 51 at Pueblo Bonito Sunset. In the fall of 2020 u.s. government was warning against travel to the Cabo San Lucas Area both for cobus problems and gang wars. Air travel at the time was very difficult to acquire safely and Cabo San Lucas Area itself is so congested it could hardly be made safe for the crowds that were normally they're over Christmas and New Year's. in addition locally we were looking at a two-week quarantine period after returning. My note to the Pueblo Bonito group was that I considered the timeshare is unusable in the Cabo San Lucas Area that year and as such I was refusing to pay maintenance fees which I had been doing for over 30 years religiously. they refused even hear any subject about this and are unwilling to make any kind of concessions as to those fees. Now they are threatening collection and Credit Bureau dings. has anyone else had those particular issues and if so did you ever get it corrected? Please rate me at my email address. thank you for your help in advance
